Fluoride-free (and almost edible) toothpaste!

For those who didn’t know, fluoride is not something you want in your water or your toothpaste!

Fluoride is linked with health problems including weakened bones, reduced thyroid activity, and possibly, bone cancer in boys, according to a recent report from a team of Harvard scientists, the US National Research Council and other recent studies. This site offers fluoride-free toothpaste (it’s the one I personally use).

In my opinion, this is a “must read” article on 10 things the food industry doesn’t want us to know. Half the things on the shelves or vending machines are simply not good for the body, and the more we avoid them the greater the protection we offer to ourselves and our children. Also, the food industry is more and more invested in modifying nature by incorporating additives to food that simply do not belong into our stomachs or that of our children.
