Have you heard of “Third-hand smoke?”

Ξ January 24th, 2009 | → 0 Comments | ∇ Environment, Lifestyle & Cancer, health |

According to New York Times’ article, when we smoke, toxic particulate matter gets into our hair and clothing. Are you sure about the food choices you make for you and your children?

Ξ December 16th, 2008 | → 0 Comments | ∇ Environment, Food, Uncategorized, health |

In my opinion, this is a “must read” article on 10 things the food industry doesn’t want us to know. Half the things on the shelves or vending machines are simply not good for the body, and the more we avoid them the greater the protection we offer to ourselves and our children. Also, the food industry is more and more invested in modifying nature by incorporating additives to food that simply do not belong into our stomachs or that of our children.
