According to New York Times’ article, when we smoke, toxic particulate matter gets into our hair and clothing. When our children are around us, they automatically come in contact with those toxins (250 poisonous gases, chemicals, and metals — including hydrogen cyanide, carbon monoxide, butane, ammonia, toluene, arsenic, lead, chromium, cadmium, and polonium-210!!!).

For those who didn’t know, fluoride is not something you want in your water or your toothpaste!

Fluoride is linked with health problems including weakened bones, reduced thyroid activity, and possibly, bone cancer in boys, according to a recent report from a team of Harvard scientists, the US National Research Council and other recent studies.
