For those who didn’t know, fluoride is not something you want in your water or your toothpaste!

Fluoride is linked with health problems including weakened bones, reduced thyroid activity, and possibly, bone cancer in boys, according to a recent report from a team of Harvard scientists, the US National Research Council and other recent studies. A study showed for the first time the amazing speed with which humans make body fat from fructose. Fructose is commonly found in processed foods in the form of high-fructose corn syrup (even in foods that don’t appear “sweet,” such as mayonnaise, bread, peanut butter, ketchup, and tortillas).
